1. General

By using the G.E.T.S. Prop Shop & More website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Custom Orders & Inquiries

  • Submitting an inquiry does not obligate you to purchase. It is a request for a quote.
  • All custom orders are unique and made to your specifications. We will provide a quote before any work begins.
  • An order is only confirmed once you approve the quoted price and payment is received (in full or as a deposit, depending on the order).
  • We reserve the right to decline any order request at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are based on the complexity, materials, and time required for each custom piece.
  • Shipping costs are calculated separately and added to your total.
  • Payment is processed securely through Square. We do not store your credit card information.
  • For larger orders, we may require a non-refundable deposit before starting work, with the balance due before shipping.

4. Production & Delivery

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on complexity and current order volume.
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
  • We will provide tracking information once your order ships.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Before production begins: You may cancel for a full refund.
  • After production has started: Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Any non-refundable deposit will not be returned, and you may be responsible for costs already incurred.
  • Completed orders: Due to the custom nature of our products, completed orders are generally non-refundable unless the item is defective or significantly differs from what was agreed upon.
  • Defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will work with you to make it right.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Custom items created by G.E.T.S. Prop Shop & More are original works or fan-made creations.
  • We do not claim ownership of licensed characters or properties referenced in custom orders. These items are fan-made and not officially licensed products.
  • We reserve the right to photograph and display completed works in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise.

7. Convention & In-Person Sales

  • All sales at conventions and in-person events are final unless the item is defective.
  • Availability and pricing at conventions may differ from online listings.

8. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse our website, including submitting fraudulent inquiries, attempting to disrupt the service, or using automated tools to submit forms.
  • We reserve the right to block access from any IP address engaging in abusive behavior.

9. Limitation of Liability

G.E.T.S. Prop Shop & More is a small, independently operated business. Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item in question.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
